It also includes quite a few unique features such as a sculpture fountain, pool with landscaped slide, stables, movie theater and outdoor kitchen among many other amenities. The property is set on 21 acres for outdoor recreation including hiking, biking, gardening or swimming.

Proceeds from the sale of the estate benefited the animal nonprofit, Maddie’s Fund, according to the listing.
