Joe Maddon will be discussing Game 7 of the 2016 World Series on a live stream with Bob Costas to help raise funds for COVID-19 relief.

Joe Maddon’s time with the Cubs might have come to an end, but he isn’t done relishing in one of the greatest victories in the organization’s 144-year history, especially if it means doing so for a good cause.

Maddon, the former Cubs manager who is now with the Angels, will join reporter Bob Costas on Cameo next week to discuss Game 7 of the 2016 World Series in an attempt to help raise funds for COVID-19 relief.

The discussion of the historic series against the Indians will take place Tuesday at 10 p.m. following ESPN’s broadcast of the suspenseful 10-inning win. Maddon is also scheduled to appear alongside Cubs manager David Ross in a pre-game show on ESPN+ at 5:30 p.m.

Fans interested in registering for the postgame stream can do so by going to Maddon’s Cameo profile. Those who pre-register will have the chance to win their own personalized Cameo video from the skipper and will have an opportunity to submit questions for Maddon and Costas.

Though the Cameo stream is free, donations to Maddon’s Respect 90 Foundation’s COVID-19 relief efforts are encouraged. Respect 90 has raised $120,000 to help charities strained by the coronavirus pandemic, including the Hazleton Integration Project’s Food Distribution Network, Metropolitan Ministries of Tampa and the Women Shelter of Long Beach.
