Taylor Swift will perform at the Academy of Country Music Awards for the first time in seven years.
Fans can see the pop star, who started out her career in country music, make her long awaited return to the ACM stage when the award show is broadcast at 8 p.m. Sept. 16 on CBS-TV.
Swift is set to perform the song “betty” off “Folklore,” the singer’s blockbuster eighth studio album that has already spent six weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart.
That run ties Swift with Whitney Houston for the most cumulative weeks atop the chart by a woman in history.
