Which Disneyland and DCA rides will be open when the parks return

Usanewsposts
April 6, 20210

Disneyland and Disney California Adventure will return with many but not all of their 80-plus rides, attractions and shows when the Anaheim theme parks reopen later this month after a yearlong coronavirus closure.

Disney has confirmed more than 40 rides and attractions will return when the Anaheim theme parks reopen on April 30 — including Rise of the Resistance and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Previously, Disney had confirmed that only the renamed Snow White’s Enchanted Wish in Fantasyland would return on April 30 after extensive renovations.

Disney has warned that certain rides and attractions could be unavailable when Disneyland and Disney California Adventure reopen.

Disneyland and Disney California Adventure will reopen on April 30 after more than a year of coronavirus closures mandated by COVID-19 health and safety guidelines issued by the state.

California’s revised COVID-19 health and safety guidelines require theme parks to limit indoor rides and attractions to no more than 15 minutes and employ only outdoor queues. The revised state guidelines also require Disneyland to minimize lines throughout the park and use virtual queues wherever possible.

Let’s take a closer look at the attractions that will be operating and the shops and restaurants that will be open on April 30 at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.
