WASHINGTON — The No. 3 House Republican Liz Cheney is going to vote to impeach President Donald Trump. She said there’s “never been a greater betrayal” by a president.

Rep. John Katko of New York was the first House Republican to back impeachment. He said Trump “encouraged” insurrection.
