Officers found him with a gunshot wound to his leg on Sacramento Avenue.
A man in his 20s was shot and killed Monday morning in the Brighton Park neighborhood, police said.
Officers responded about 11:25 a.m. and found him lying on a sidewalk in the 4000 block of South Sacramento Avenue, Chicago police said in a statement.
He was taken to a hospital and died of a gunshot wound to his leg, police said.
The suspects left in a blue Chevy Trailblazer.
The victim’s name hasn’t been released by the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
