Thousands of revellers are descending upon Worthy Farm in Somerset as the Glastonbury Festival returns to the site for the first time since 2019.
Over the next few days, festivalgoers will be treated to hundreds of acts across an array of stages, topped off by Billie Eilish, Sir Paul McCartney and Kendrick Lamar – after the event was shelved due to the pandemic in 2020 and 2021.
Of course, if it’s your first Glastonbury it might take you a while to find your way around the place – or if it’s been a while since you were last there, you could also need a little help in remembering where everything is on the huge site.
Fortunately, there is a map of the Glastonbury 2022 layout showing you everything from where to collect lost property to where to fill up your water bottle – not to mention the location of those all-important stages.
Everything you need to know is right below.

Here’s just some of the essential areas you’ll need for the days ahead:
Stages
If you want to make sure you’ve got a good place in the crowd for the headline acts, head towards the north of the site, where you’ll find the Pyramid Stage – playing host to most of this year’s biggest names.
The rest of the stages are all scattered nearby – including the John Peel stage (to the north-west of the site), the Other Stage (opposite the Pyramid Stage) and West Holts (west of The Other Stage). Follow the pink line around the route indicating the pedestrian map to ensure you don’t get lost.
Medical assistance
You’ll find a medical centre behind the Pyramid Stage in the north of the site, and another further west close to the Arcadia Stage.
They’re highlighted on the map with a cross symbol.
Bars and drinking water
If you’re looking to top up your liquid refreshment or stay hydrated, there are bars dotted all around the site, along with places where you can refill your water bottle.
They’re highlighted on the map with a pint or a water bottle symbol.
ATM machines
If you need to get cash, once again you’ll find these dotted around the site, including one behind the Pyramid Stage close to the medical centre.
They’re highlighted on the map with a pound symbol.
Property lock-ups
If you have valuables you want to store away, you can do so at one of the many lock-ups located around the site.
