Liverpool will reportedly let Neco Williams go out on loan again this season, with the right-back wanted by both Fulham and Nottingham Forest.
Williams requested that Jurgen Klopp let him leave Anfield this summer in order to get minutes under his belt before the World Cup kicks-off in November, with the 21-year-old a key member of the Wales squad that is due to travel to Qatar.
The Reds were initially reluctant to do so but following the signing of Calvin Ramsay from Aberdeen on Sunday, The Mirror reports that the club have told Williams he is free to go on loan.

18-year-old Ramsay has joined Liverpool on a five-year-contract, for an initial fee of £4.2million and the Scotsman comes highly rated having scored once and assisted nine times in 33 games last season.
Williams meanwhile made his Liverpool debut in 2019, but since then has made just 13 Premier League appearances, with the Welsh international firmly behind Trent Alexander-Arnold in the pecking order.
Despite his limited game-time, Williams has still shown quality and potential and played a part in Fulham’s return to the top-flight, spending the second half of last season on loan at Craven Cottage as Marco Silva’s side won the Championship.
Fulham are keen to re-sign the defender and improve their squad, as the West Londoners look to avoid a third consecutive relegation from the Premier League.

They are not the only newly promoted side interested in acquiring his services however, as Forest are also interested with Steve Cooper’s side in need of a new right-back.
Forest had wanted to permanently buy Djed Spence who had a brilliant campaign on loan at the City Ground from Middlesbrough last season, but recent reports suggest the club are willing to give up on that transfer amid Tottenham’s interest in the 21-year-old.
As well as Williams, Forest have also been linked with Arsenal utility player Ainsley Maitland-Niles who can play as both a right-back and central midfielder and is seemingly not in Mikel Arteta’s plans.
